Performance

We are a team of passionate developers from around the world, brought together by a shared love for games and a common origin in the modding community. Our roots in modding taught us the value of creativity, collaboration, and pushing the limits of what’s possible. We carry that spirit into everything we create, building immersive experiences with care. As an independent team, we stay true to our vision — making games we believe in, for a community that continues to inspire us.

Creativity

At Tripmine Studios, creativity means finding new ways to tell stories and build experiences that feel meaningful. We work with what we have, think outside the box, and focus on ideas that matter. We enjoy experimenting, trying new approaches, and learning as we go. Our goal is to make games that reflect our passion and curiosity — and to keep creating with honesty and intention.

Community

The community truly means everything to us. From long‑time supporters to new fans, you've helped shape who we are. Many of us started in fan communities and modding groups, so we understand how important it is to listen and share our vision openly. We value honest feedback, creative input, and the conversations that grow around our work. We're not just making games for a community — we're reimagining the classic experiences of Opposing Force and Blue Shift together with you.

We are currently looking for talented, experienced, professional collaborators. Particularly we are in need of coders, animators, experienced character artists - capable of HL2 quality work at minimum - and highly skilled environment artists.
